The client, Mánsion Group, requested a logotype for their steel framing house construction new company.
The first idea was working on grey and orange, using the company's initials (M and G), and a design that was related with de construction style (steel frames).

El cliente Mánsion Group solicitó un logo para su nueva empresa de construcción de casas tipo Steel Frame.
La primera idea fue trabajar sobre los colores grises y naranja, utilizando las iniciales del nombre de la empresa, y un diseño relacionado con el tipo de construcción (marcos de acero).

After chosing the "MG" logo type, with the initials made in steel frames, I suggested changing something in the company's name. In English the correct name would be "Mansion Group", but they thought that in Spanish (the company is based in Argentina) people wouldn't pronounce it right, and they were afraid people would said "mansiOn group" (like the spanish pronunciation) instead of "mAnsion" (in Spanish, mansion is written "mansión" and its pronounced "mansiÓn").
My proposal was taking off the accent mark, because it was simple wrong and a misspelling, so i proposed a few ideas without the accent mark but using the letter "a" in bold, and another options using the accent mark.
They agreed with me and the accent mark was taken off.
Luego de elegir el logo tipo "MG" de acero, sugerí unos cambios en el nombre de la compañia. Debido a que en inglés "Mansion" se pronuncia "mAnsion", y en castellano se escribe igual pero con tilde "Mansión", ellos tenian miedo que la gente lo pronunciara como si fuera en castellano, por lo que agregaron un tilde.
Les envie propuestas con y sin tilde para evitar el error de ortografía.
Aceptaron mi idea sin tilde.
Once they have chosen the "non accent mark" logotype, I sent them color and typographic options, since they asked for grey and blue.
Una vez elegido el logo sin tilde, les envie opciones de color y tipografía, ya que ellos solicitaron azul y gris.
After chosing the final logo, they were not 100% convinced, so they asked for a hole new logo, with no initials. Instead of that, they wanted a house icon.
Luego de elegir el logo final, no estaban 100% convencidos de la idea por lo que pidieron comenzar de cero, sin iniciales. En su lugar, querían el ícono de una casa.
Then I sent them color options for the roof, windows and walls.
Luego les mande opciones de color para el techo, ventanas y paredes.
They liked non of the colors I sent, so they asked for light blue.
No les gustó ninguno, por lo que pidieron paredes celestes.
